Using liquify, I bloated the model's eyes and reshaped the face a bit. Then changed the iris's from brown to these fabulous kaleidoscope poser eyes. Her lips were enhanced, skin smoothed and evened out. Water drops and the flower in her hair were added . The background was altered and foreground added.
