Looks good...does it come with the *dock*? Not sure if I want to do that yet...I still have 7, which I love!

No, the dock appear with the help of the freeware ObjectDock 1.x by Stardock.
I installed a month ago in a virtual machine the Windows 7 (for skinning purposes) and IMHO it looks like ancient, something like Windows 95 when XP came out...

Of course Barb, with the help of the freeware VirtualBox, we can use any OS we like or all of them
